Description: Jasper was purchased by Jeff's sister earlier this year by a private breeder. She quickly realized that she didn't have the time to devote to Jasper, who was spending every day at home alone. She was also not being successful at taking proper care of him in general. After receiving a call from his sister, Jeff went to her house and immediately rounded Jasper up with all his toys and took him home. (Jeff's sister is a good person, but isn't good with animals and shouldn't ever get another dog. Jeff has told her this and she agrees. Jasper was her third failed attempt at having a dog.) Jasper is now a part of Jeff's dog family and is doing well. Having made friends with Fred and having become Fred's best friend and partner in crime around the house, Jasper has found his true place in this world.

Favorite Activities: Playing, barking, causing whatever trouble he can around the house with Fred's help, sleeping on anyone's lap if they'll let him.

Favorite Toys: socks, his Kong, tennis balls, and his squeaky Garfield toy.

Favorite Foods: Kibbles and Bits, chicken, beef, bread, pizza crust. Although he weighs less than five pounds, Jasper will happily eat anything. Lots of anything.

Tricks: Fred has taught Jasper the art of turning Jeff's hair completely gray one strand at a time with his constant pranks. Sneaking up behind someone (human or canine) undetected and then barking uproariously is perhaps Jasper's greatest achievement to date. With his stellar achievements thus far, Jasper has a promising future career as a heckler in store.
