A DOG lover has been nominated for the highest award for young dog owners in the UK.
Chelsea Hickford, of St Stephens Crescent, Brentwood, could win the Shaun McAlpine Outstanding Young Person Award at the Crufts show, in Birmingham, on Sunday, March 14.
