A man in Pennsylvania is facing misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty after he allegedly drugged a competitor’s dog at a dog show in Wheaton.
Ralph Ullum is accused of feeding Protonix and Benadryle to a Syberian husky at the kennel show according to Wheaton police.
